Do I have a case?

Do I need an Attorney?

How long will it take to resolve my case?

The answer to this question can greatly vary depending on the complexity of your case. However, generally, the average automobile negligence case is typically resolved within 4 to 8 months. If a case goes to litigation, 50% of all cases normally go to trial within one year and the other 50% go to trial within two years.
